- Pass Christian Harbor became the choice for our demonstration for the State of Mississippi. There was allot of oil floating on the Harbors water surface.

- The Harbor master pointed out there was more and more oil coming into the harbor. There was oil in and around the docks, sticking to everything.

- Kevin applied a shot of OSE II and explained to the Harbor Master what he was about to see with OSE II and explained how OSE II works.

- Kevin applying OSE II to the oil, while David Fakouri explained to the Harbor Master what he was seeing in real time, the oil disappearing before his eyes, stating he is seeing the molecular breakdown of the oil, where it is detoxified, to where it will have no more adverse effects on the harbors natural resources, and the oil is caused to float, the adhesion properties are eliminated, which you can see by the oil separating from the dock, the oils flammability is eliminated, which impressed the Harbor Master, the smell was reducing, which was hard to tell, with so much oil around, and the conversion to CO2 and water had started, and will end with a safe end point of CO2 and water.

- The Harbor Master was very impressed with how fast OSE II worked. He asked, are you ready to apply more, of which we all agreed, and started moving to get more equipment, we were not however, able to take photos or video due to a couple of yacht owners asking, requesting the Habor Master to restrict pictures and video.

- Pass Christian Harbor has a marsh area with oil and oil with dispersant going over and under the short wall booms that had toppled over where you could see the sheen.

- Once OSE II was applied, you could see the sheen start to break down immediately.

- Once OSE I had been applied, in just a few minutes the oil had disappeared, and you could see the seabed.

- Just after OSE II is applied oil is not visible.

- Long Beach harbor and Pass Christian Harbour Mississippi had enormous amounts of oil and oil with dispersant flowing into the harbor areas. Once OSE II is applied, oil cannot be seen, however where OSE II was not applied you can see the difference.

- On August 10, 2010 Steven Pedigo along with Kevin Barbier, and David Fakouri OSEI Corporation associates went to Pass Christian Harbor to alert the harbor master to the fact that Senator Gollot had authorized a clean up of the oil in the Harbors large marsh area on the north side of the harbor.
